Why Your Balance Isn't Growing

- App is paused or stopped — check the Dashboard to confirm Orbitly is actively running
- No internet connection — verify your Wi-Fi or mobile data is active
- Battery optimization — Android may have killed the app in the background (see "App Not Running in the Background")
- Low demand — earnings depend on real-time business demand in your region
- Display delay — earnings updates may take a few minutes to reflect in the app
Steps to fix
- Open Orbitly and check if the status shows Active
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection
- Disable battery optimization for Orbitly
- Restart the app
- Wait 15–30 minutes and check again
