Fix Network Problems
Orbitly shows "No Connection" or "Offline"
- Check that your Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on
- Open a browser and test if you can load a website
- Toggle airplane mode on and off
- Restart your router (for Wi-Fi connections)
- Restart the Orbitly app
Orbitly connects but earnings are very low
- Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi for a more stable connection
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
- Check if other apps or downloads are consuming your bandwidth
- Verify your internet speed — Orbitly works best with speeds above 1 Mbps
VPN or firewall interference
If you're using a VPN or firewall app, it may interfere with Orbitly. Try:
- Disabling the VPN temporarily to test
- Adding Orbitly to the VPN's split-tunneling exclusion list
- Whitelisting Orbitly in your firewall app
